The first ESS
Susanna gets her degree in Business Economics at the prestigious Università Bocconi in Milano. She starts her professional career as Strategy, Budget and Control Management Consultant for some Italian banks. One lucky day she meets the other ESS, Savio, and together they move to Hong Kong in 1998 to open Essess Ltd., which they are still running. She speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and English, some French and really ‘siu siu’ Cantonese.
The other ESS
Savio is an expert in communications, working in Publishing in the United States and Middle East up to the end of the ‘80’s.
Back to Italy, he enters the Contract business with B&B Italia and later with Cassina. Once Savio meets his other half of the ESSESS, Susanna, he devotes his whole knowledge and efforts to the success of their Asian adventure. Together they sum up close to 50 years of experience in the industry.
The Staff
Sonia and Betty were personally hand-picked by Susanna and Savio and are extraordinary young individuals. Seized from different backgrounds – real estate and fashion – most of their time is spent working but, when not, they are the very best at shopping, hiking or they might be enjoying with Chinese tea performing or playing violin. Karen, Bing and Lewis in the Administration Dept. restlessly make sure all ends meet.

La prima ESS
Susanna si laurea di Business Economics alla prestigiosa Università Bocconi di Milano. Inizia la sua carriera professionale come Strategy, Budget e Control Management Consultant per alcune banche italiane. Un giorno fortunato incontra l’altra Ess, Savio, e insieme si trasferiscono a Hong Kong dove danno vita a Essess Ltd. che guidano ancor oggi. Susanna parla correntemente italiano, spagnolo e inglese, un po’ di francese e un cinese davvero “siu siu”.
L’altra ESS
Savio è esperto di comunicazione e ha lavorato nell’editoria negli Stati Uniti e in Medio Oriente fino alla fine degli anni 80.
Rientrato in Italia ha operato nel settore Contract per B&B Italia e poi per Cassina. Dopo aver incontrato l’altra metà di ESSESS, Susanna, ha dedicato tutte le sue competenze e tutti i suoi sforzi al successo della loro avventura asiatica. Insieme raggiungono più di 50 anni di esperienza nel settore.
Lo Staff
Sonia e Betty sono state scelte personalmente da Susanna e Savio e sono delle giovani straordinarie. Vengono da esperienze diverse – settore immobiliare e moda –trascorrono buona parte della loro giornata concentrate sul lavoro ma nel tempo libero sono appassionate di shopping, arrampicate o conducono le cerimonie cinesi del tè o suonano il violino. Karen, Bing e Lewis, dell’amministrazione, si impegnano attivamente per far quadrare tutto.
