From September 17th to 25th,London was the center of attention for the design world, with more than 400 events and exhibitions.
As for the Milan Design Week, the city was divided into districts based on different thematics.
First of all, the Brompton District that has developed the theme of sustainability in relation to the decrease of resources, respect for the environment and new materials.
Second, but no less interesting, the Chelsea Headquarters, the nerve centre of the true UK style and design, housing the highest concentration of studios and creative shops in London.
Third point of attraction The Bankside Design District that focused on the world of graphics and typography, and at last the Brixton District, the novelty of this edition, in a new neighborhood that fits in the heart of the Triangle of the London Design.

Dal 17 al 25 settembre Londra è stata al centro dell’attenzione del design mondiale con più di 400 eventi e mostre.
Come per la Design Week di Milano la città è stata divisa in distretti tematici.
Primo fra tutti il Brompton District che ha sviluppato il tema della sostenibilità in rapporto alla diminuzione delle risorse, il rispetto per l’ambiente ed i nuovi materiali.
Secondo, ma non meno interessante, il Chelsea Quartier, cuore nevralgico il vero stile progettuale britannico, che ospita la più alta concentrazione di studi di creativi e negozi di Londra.
Terzo polo d’attrazione il Bankside Design District incentrato sul mondo della grafica e della tipografia e per finire il Brixton District, novità di quest’edizione, un nuovo quartiere che si inserisce nel cuore del Triangolo del Design londinese.
