A practical example of what you can accomplish by relying on Milan Contract District is visible inside the location, where was built an indoor house, permanent and fully-functional, in 1:1 scale, designed to offer a unique experience to visitors and customers. The house contains applications and furnishing solutions that are original and exclusive, thanks to the contribution of all the partners involved in the District project: Ernestomeda, AEG, Florim, Flos, Fontanot, Gessi, Lema, Listone Giordano, Lualdi, Oikos, BTicino, Alessi, Erco, Gyproc, Resstende, Stilla.
The Apartment is also the first practical representation of all the values expressed in the “Psychology of the AbitareTM” (registered trademark by TecMa Solutions), which was founded on the basic principles of neuromarketing and aims to get in touch with the mind of the consumer, not only through the products but also through the perceptions, with the idea to support the companies in the construction of buildings closer to the real needs of the final users.
