The Court is the new and scenic lounge area of Palazzo Manfredi, in Rome, designed by architect Giorgia Dennerlein.
The long sides of the dehor guide the insights of Dennerlein who designs the bar and lounge area as two mirror realities in a fluid connection between them. In the central part the diamond-tipped mirror inserts are the optical way to break the line of the rocky material. The bands of various colors inserted in the lozenges mark the importance of the chromatic factor. The final touch is shown by the PVC carpets with textures so refined to look like natural fiber.
A strategic use of lights warms this ideal outdoor theater emphasizing unique furnishing accessories such as armchairs in tubular metal structure and upholstery and, more generally speaking, all the architectural components and the made in Italy manufactures that interact with the space. Two large mastic-colored movable covers protect from sun or rain and Waddle, if necessary, the entire lounge area dotted with greenery.

The Court è la nuova e scenografica area lounge di Palazzo Manfredi, a Roma, progettata dall’architetto Giorgia Dennerlein.
I lati lunghi del dehor guidano le intuizioni della Dennerlein che progetta zona bar e salottino come due realtà speculari e in fluida connessione tra loro. Nella parte centrale gli inserti di specchi a punta di diamante sono il gioco ottico che spezza l’andamento del materiale roccioso. Le fasce di vario colore inserite nelle losanghe segnano l’importanza del fattore cromatico. Il tocco finale sono i tappeti in pvc con trame talmente raffinate da sembrare in fibra naturale.
Un utilizzo strategico delle luci scalda questa ideale platea di teatro all’aperto enfatizzando complementi di arredo unici come le poltrone in struttura tubolare di metallo e imbottitura e, più in generale, tutte le componenti architettoniche e le manifatture made in Italy che interagiscono con lo spazio. Due grandi coperture movibili color mastice proteggono da sole o pioggia e ovattano, se necessario, l’intera area lounge punteggiata di verde.
